my roommate had a bunch of people over last night, so i sort of sat in and socialized and did some sketches during that. a few of these were posed, which i regret doing because you can definitely tell, and i feel it detracts from them a lot. in the future i'll stick to drawing from unposed actions.

Continue to work on hands - these are pretty solid and I like the variety in poses - just don't overwork your contours. Work loosely and gracefully - as you do in some of your full-figure gestures.
Ask yourself...
... where are the pressure points ? How can value round of the form of the fingers. Then use line and shading to reinforce this.
