Yes - get up and find other vantage points from which you can find better inspiration. I like that you're working with different areas of focus.
When shading in areas, don't feel you must go 'hog wild' by scribbling in a shadow, or darker form. devote the time- especially with a static object- to ground the form properly (the streelamp, in particular. Continue to concentrate on drawing within the form - not just capturing the surrounding contour.
The first 2 pages are your best, line-wise. Keep your line loose and don't give up on developing the drawing.
What is behind the bicycle ?
Where are the fingers on the bald guy's hands ? What's behind him ?
Just because you're working in line, don't hesitate to describe shapes and forms from the foreground to the background - even if basically.
